ATLAS GNSS Global Correction Service

Atlas is an innovative, industry-leading global GNSS correction service delivered via L-band satellites, providing reliable performance at competitive market prices. Atlas is a flexible and scalable service that broadcasts correction signals via L-band satellites, offering accuracy ranging from meter-level to sub-decimeter level.
Atlas utilizes more than 200 reference stations worldwide, while L-band satellites distribute Atlas corrections, providing virtually global coverage. The Atlas global GNSS correction service provides correction data for the GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo satellite constellations.
The Atlas service is available on all Atlas-capable Hemisphere equipment. In addition, Atlas is compatible with third-party GNSS receivers through Hemisphere’s BaseLink® and SmartLink™ capabilities.
When used with multi-frequency equipment, Atlas corrects more satellites than ever before, achieving faster convergence times and reliable operation even in areas with trees or dense vegetation.
With both single-frequency and multi-frequency equipment, Atlas provides immediate global sub-meter accuracy, comparable to—and often more reliable than—SBAS systems, as Atlas corrections incorporate data from multiple available satellite constellations.
Atlas-capable systems utilize Hemisphere’s state-of-the-art Athena™ GNSS RTK engine. Athena often outperforms other leading solutions on the market and provides a future-proof foundation for high performance, flexibility, and reliability.
Atlas Basic
Atlas Basic enables users of Atlas products, both single-frequency and multi-frequency, to achieve SBAS-equivalent performance anywhere in the world where the Atlas service is available.
Atlas Basic is a pioneering feature offering proven accuracy of 30–50 cm (95%)*. It provides immediate sub-meter accuracy, enabling DGPS-level accuracy throughout the global regions covered by Atlas.
