Order Cancellation

To cancel all or part of your order, please contact us by email at eshop@geotech.gr or call us at +30 2106895620. Please include your order number and specify the product(s) you wish to cancel.

Returns Policy

Upon delivery, customers are required to unpack and inspect the products to verify that the shipment is correct (e.g., correct items and quantities) and that there are no visible defects or damage. If you identify any issue, please contact GEOTECH immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the matter.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns will be accepted only if the product is returned unused and in its original condition, complete with all accessories, manuals, and accompanying documentation, in its original packaging, which must be in excellent condition and with all protective materials, seals, and packaging intact and without signs of damage or wear.

Products that are not returned in their original, unused condition, or whose packaging, accessories, manuals, protective materials, or seals have been opened, removed, or damaged, will not be accepted for return. Software products are non-returnable once their sealed packaging has been opened.
