Shipping Policy

Orders for in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders are shipped via SPEEDEX. If you prefer to use a different courier company, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be calculated according to the selected carrier's pricing policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the delivery address, telephone number, and any additional instructions required for successful delivery. GEOTECH cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed.

Delivery Times

  1. Store Pickup
    Orders for in-stock products can be collected from our offices after arranging an appointment with one of our representatives.
  2. Deliveries within Attica
    Next business day after dispatch (for in-stock products).
  3. Mainland & Greek Islands
    Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch (for in-stock products).
  4. Remote Areas in Greece
    Delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch (for in-stock products).

Shipping Costs

  1. Store Pickup
    Free of charge.
  2. Orders over €250
    Free shipping.
  3. Deliveries throughout Greece (excluding remote areas) €2.00 per kg*
  4. Deliveries to remote areas €3.00 per kg

In accordance with IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations, shipping charges are calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the shipment, whichever is greater.

Volumetric weight is calculated as: Length × Width × Height ÷ 5,000

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipping charges will be based on the volumetric weight.
